«The team has made a solid start» the drivers said

21 agosto, 2020

This week, on Wednesday, we raced in a special event organized by Brutal Democracy eSports which was the first race for the team and turned out to be a good way to see where we stand for the upcoming season. After the races, we talked with Noel Hoppe and Caiden Forbes in order to know their feelings about their team debut.

Noel Hoppe

Question: How do you feel after your first race as a team on the new game?

Answer: The team did a great job. The game feels good, but I´m struggling with traction so I have some work to do.

Q: Your performance was pretty good, do you think that you can improve it for the start of the season?

A: I know that I can do better so I´m gonna push until the end to get the best performances possible.

Q: The team has placed 3rd in one of the hardest grids, is it a good starting point for getting in shape for the season?

A: It is a solid start. Considering it was my first event and we still have to get used to each other, we can be very happy with the result. There are some things we still have to improve.

Q: Would you like to send a message to the NWS eSports followers?

A: I’m glad to get the opportunity to race for NWS. And I’m gonna do my best to represent the team.

Q: Can you give us the headline for this first race with the team?

A:  The team has made a solid start.

Caiden Forbes

Question: How do you feel after your first race as a team on the new game?

Answer: I’m feeling good about the team. We have a good team dynamic and we are getting good results so everything’s fine at the moment. We have to use the momentum to keep growing.

Q: Your performance was pretty good, do you think that you can improve it for the start of the season?

A: In China, I couldn’t do anything else. I felt I drove as fast as I could there so I have to think about why I wasn’t faster. For Mexico, race pace could’ve been better so there is room for a big improvement.

Q: The team has placed 3rd in one of the hardest grids, is it a good starting point for getting in shape for the season?

A: It’s really good to start in a way like this and I´m sure we will get more good results during the season.

Q: Would you like to send a message to the NWS eSports followers?

A: We have a good team environment and we can carry on with the good results.

Achraf el Moussaoui (Team Manager):

My plan for the BDG x Trovo Sprint Cup is to see how the team suits the members and how can we work under pressure. The first round was a great example of what I am looking for: an united team with a strong team play and a great team spirit. Caiden, Noel, Michele and Dynastics made a great work which I am really proud of.

In general it was a good start to the pre season where we saw the potential we have.

Finally we would like to thank BDG eSports and Trovo for organizing this competitive cup.
